Shipping and Returns
Payment Terms:
- All prices are in Canadian dollars.
- We gladly accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Paypal
About your order:
- You will receive confirmation by email after you have successfully placed your order.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information if you have an account with Scents of Nature.
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@scentsofnature.ca or call us at 905-251-4680
- Please ensure all shipping details are correct before finalizing your order.
- Scents of Nature is not responsible for non-receipt of orders due to improperly submitted, inaccurate and/or incomplete shipping addresses. You will be charged for the cost incurred for the return of the order by the shipper, plus reshipment of the order to the correct address.
Shipping Details:
- FREE shipping on orders over $125 (excluding tax) within Canada.
- FREE Local Delivery to Aurora and Newmarket on orders over $50 (excluding tax). If your total order is $50 or more before tax and you live in Aurora or Newmarket, Ontario, select the Free Local Delivery option at checkout.
- Currently we only ship within Canada.
- Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or rural and remote areas at this time.
Shipping Charges for Orders Under $125:
Return Policy:
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are currently not able to accept returns. However should there be any issue with your order, please reach out to us.
- We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.
- Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All product returns require an Authorization Number to qualify for a refund. Please contact us at info@scentsofnature.ca or call us at 905-251-4680 to obtain your authorization number.
- All products are to be returned in the original packaging and in new condition within 7 days of authorization.
- Partially used products cannot be credited.
Missing or Damaged Items
- Any goods received damaged or short shipped must be reported to Scents of Nature within 5 days of receipt.
