Helps soothe minor skin inflammation, bruises, insect bites, muscular pain and headaches.
Directions:
For diffusion: add 5 -10 drops to diffuser.
For topical use: add 4-8 drops to one tablespoon of Jojoba oil or another carrier oil to minimize skin sensitivity. Dab diluted oil on insect bites to soothe itching.
Add a few drops on your pillow at night to aid sleep.
