Directions:
Diffusion: Use 4 - 8 drops in the diffuser.
For topical use: add 4-8 drops to one tablespoon of Jojoba oil or another carrier oil to minimize skin sensitivity. Massage diluted oil on the affected area. Can be added to a foot bath.
Use for aching feet - Mix 1-2 drops with a teaspoon of Jojoba or other carrier oil.
