Contains: 1 – 10 ml bottle pure Lavender Essential Oil
1 – 10 ml bottle pure Lemon Essential oil
1 – 10 ml bottle pure Peppermint Essential oil
Benefits:
Lavender: Calming and balancing. Helps soothe minor skin inflammation, bruises, insect bites, muscular pain and headaches.
Lemon: Used for calming the emotions. Stimulates mental activity and increases concentration and memory.
Peppermint: Purifying, revitalizing, and cleansing. Helps relieve headaches, travel sickness, stomach aches and indigestion.
Directions:
For diffusion: add 5 -10 drops to diffuser.
For topical use: add 4-8 drops to one tablespoon of Jojoba oil or another carrier oil to minimize skin sensitivity.

For external use only. Do not ingest. Do not use essential oils undiluted. If pregnant, nursing or under a doctor’s care consult a physician before using. Keep out of reach of children. Possible skin sensitivity.
